Electric mobility is better

Is there a business that offers a comprehensive mobility product — electric bike share, electric car share, electric ride share and unlimited transit — with pricing and incentives to encourage specific modes at specific times?

For example, customers that can prove bike or transit use during rush hour receive discounted ride share and car share at night and on the weekend.

Is there a combination of transportation demand management and public safety funds available to provide seed investment? Do electric cars provide sufficient cost savings for car share and ride share? Is there revenue available from providing grid services? Can customers sell their car to provide funds, similar to “donate your car to NPR?” What kind of usage tracking is required? Do customers pay different prices if they currently own a car versus is they are already car free? What if customers submit a weekly odometer picture to prove the amount of personal vehicle driving?
